But "interesting" isn't the qualification - just like "it feels good" is the determinant of what is right and wrong.

And for the record, it's long been known that gnosticism is an anti-christian heresy. So... if you were a christian, why would you include heresy writing in your Bible?
The Church decided it anti-Christian heresy; that much is true. They killed the Gnostics for it.

Actually much of the work was very supportive of Christianity, but not the version of Christianity that the Church wanted to promote.

I don't think that I would agree with the 'it feels good' concept here, especially since many of the writings would have been authored by those who originally came from other religious backgounds. This is opinion on my part, but the idea doesn't ring true to logic.

The Christian clergy felt the same way that you do.

oh, I'm sure that's true. Christians do a lot for charity - and I'm sure part of it has to do with its being the leading religion in most of the modern countries.

I thought you claimed to be a Christian?

What is the name of that oddball "church" you and your boyfriend attend in New Haven?

The one that denies homosexuality is a sin?

Gar?

I have a long way to go to catch up to your 4,440 posts, especially as you are one of the most verbose, long-winded windbags in webland

In any case, my posts are worth reading, unlike yours

Ahhh yes. Obfuscate away the fact that you just idiotically slammed yourself, and try to change the subject.

My post count per day is about 9.
What does that make me Gar?

Or don't you want to talk about posts per day now that it's revealed what it says about you...

Did you ever answer that question about which people supposedly admired your posting style?
Nope. You avoided that cowardly like you do most arguments you can't counter.

Can you show me anybody here who thinks your posts are WORTH reading?

Right.

Except nobody likes you or cares about what you have to say.

Why do you think that is?
