Oh, come on...

Most of the rules are just good manners.

Treat others the way that you would like to be treated, don't try to hurt others or thier computers and don't call names.

Should we really need rules beyond that?

Thanks, KOS. That says it all. People, as long as there are at least two human beings alive on this whole planet, there will be disagreement. That does not mean that we should be rude and uncivil to each other.In a public forum such as this and other mediums, can we not exercise some good manners? I really don't think that is a lot to ask of anyone. Disagreement does not mean loss of freedom; but I truly think we have to show a modicum of decency when we disagree with another. When our disagreement leads us to attack another personally or as a group, good manners and civility has been lost. At that point DTT, or any other forum, is not a debate forum; but an insult factory. If we disagree with someone to the point of wanting to attack them in such a fashion; how can we call ourselves a civilized society?
