Yikes to logging in Here!
I went to log in same as usual and it did not let me, then when it did, it still shows up on the home page as if I am not logged in and suggested password recovery or to register.

This happened a handfull of times, before I got smart about it and decided since it shows me logged in on the forum page but not the home page, or to reply to already made posts, I would start my own thread.

So here I am, and wondering if it would be advised that I change my password or what. I had not been here for a few days, so I wonder if something got changed during my absence.

Thanks for any help or insights.

nothing is different about logging in for me - I don't think anything has changed.

try clearing your cookies, and then log in again

Hey OhDear,

I would take tristan's suggestion and try clearing your browsers cache/cookies. If that doesn't work, what version browser are you using??

I am tickled pink that it is a problem resolved!!!

The idea of going into my internet options was a good one, but I did not clear anything...after hearing that idea, I went in and saw what I had done yesterday, and thought, "Hmmm. Maybe this is the problem!"

And it was!!!

See, I changed the history options. I have it now to where it does not delete history for 160 days! But when I did that I thought it would be good to have it also say that it never would automatically find new pages or whatever. That way whatever was in the history could stay as-is.

I thought I was being a good covert operation spy that way...

GARY, you sure got me figured out, huh?

Pen, if I could have given you my password, I could have logged in myself! Plus, I would not have published my password in the thread!!!

All the same thanks guyz for all your help. Especially RHS and Tristan.

It's always a good idea to clear your internet history files. That way your boyfriend won't be able to see all that porn you've been downloading.

That's what I love about the new Netscape. It deletes all your history and cache every time you exit.
