At the moment the server load is an unbelievable 209.82 (not caused by us!) which is the precise reason I want to move it.

Amazingly the server does still load, but very slowly.

It doesn't load at all for me.

The sites you listed are all owned by myself. I am Jon Kingsbury, the owner, and co-founder of the Umass-Republicans LOL. Don't hate me for that.

That's cool to know that those sites are the only ones on the server..It would make sense that someone might have attempted to attack the server to bring DtT down...

We're used to this now, it's being going on ever since they moved us to a new datacenter on 14th Feb. You get a couple of good days, then this happens.

Prior to that it was really, really good. But we've had enough now, hence the planned move.

But I'm telling ya, WireNine is a great hosting company. I was with Ipowerweb, and others in the past, and my site would be down for most of the day, or even a couple of days at a time.

Yes, it's especially bad at the moment.....

Generally when it's having problems it runs at about 20-30. On the now-rare occasions that it's ok, it runs at around 1.5, which is fine for that server and it zips along nicely.

I think the hosts may be working on it at the moment, but I honestly don't know as they just delete my tickets these days.

I doubt DtT would be targeted by a DDoS... It was probably random, I love DtT to death, but we simply aren't big enough to attract a DDoS.

What is the nature of the site? What's it all about?
