This very confidential request should not come as a surprise to you. I AM JOHN KULAR of UNITA rebel movement of Angola I was the defense intelligence officer (DIO) to the late rebel leader Dr JONAS SAVIMBI.

The better question to me is "What is an Angolan rebel doing with a Hong Kong-based email address?"

My favorites are the ones that come to me with things like "I got your contact from the Church directory and after several fasting and praying, my spiritual adviser told me to contact you. I therefore has no doubt that by the special grace of God, you will help me in this transfer which involves huge sum of money."

Talk about totally missing your target audience...

ROFL Yeah, that goes for me too. The last time my name appeared in a church directory was around 1973.
Right now America spends $700 billion every year on foreign oil. That's our money going overseas when it could be staying here. We have to stop this.

We have people appearing on Current Affairs shows all the time, the 'victims' of scams like the Spanish lottery and the Nigerian scam. It never ceases to amaze me how stupid some people are.
They get a letter in the mail telling them to send a certain amount of money, and in return they'll get back a million dollars or so. Are you freaking kidding me? What kind of moron falls for that?

The people who send money to these people deserve everything they get. There is simply no excuse for blantent stupidity.

True, I used to be in the civil service. You could never make the kind of money I'm making without working for a private company.
