Since Hillary Clinton will probably be the next president, let's discuss her
(this sounds like a good topic for another thread, and I will be happy to
start one, if someone else won't. . .).

She most likely will not go after Bin Laden (if he is in fact still alive).

Let's face it - her husband sure didn't get it.

The 9/11 warnings Bill Clinton missed and opportunities to kill Bin Laden

What was Bill Clinton's problem became Bush's problem, and will become Hillary's problem (if she is elected).

Isn't it funny though, when you look at the short roster of presidents, starting in 1988:

George Herbert Walker Bush
Bill Clinton
George W. Bush
(maybe) Hillary Clinton.

So say Hillary goes into the White House? Who would follow her? Jeb Bush?

Kind of like the Hatfields and the McCoys: The Bushes and the Clintons.

Makes you wonder, doesn't it?

Hell, two parties was bad enough. Now it seems we're doing even worse with two families!

It's my belief that if our founders could see what we've become, I'm pretty sure they'd lead a second revolution. From large government, a standing army, central banking, imperialism, corporatism, plutocracy, eroding liberties, election fraud, to a voting populace so ignorant they're actually bending down and asking to take it up the ass ([sarcasm]for their own good of course[/sarcasm]).

I think the main point here is that our founders were political bourgeois revolutionaries. Now the ruling class of America has become bourgeois reactionaries. And most of the American populace was brainwashed into it along with them. As reactionaries, anything pertaining to 'revolution' is seen as radical and treasonous. When in fact, it could just be the most patriotic thing we could do.

The clinton and bushes are best friends now. Bill and George sr. are always going fishing and on trips in private jets together. none of the three presidents wanted to ever catch bin laden. none ever will. this president came right out and said that the man who killed 3000 Americans is not important and not a priority.

Hear, hear. I suppose there can be a dark humor side to all of this nuttiness.

Of course it doesn't concern them. Catching Bin Laden isn't a top priority because it wouldn't please their benefactors. Actually, I think this President has realized how profitable it is to keep Bin Laden alive.

Of course it is profitable, especially for people who have holdings in Halliburton and the Carlyle Group, which of course make money from war and from reconstruction.Have you seen yesterday's Dilbert comic?Dilbert Comic Strip Archive - Dilbert.com - The Official Dilbert Website by Scott Adams - Dilbert, Dogbert and Coworkers!

I was living in Southern Idaho and going bird hunting that day (Sept. 11.. I wasn't even born when JFK was shot).

Anyway, I had to stop in the process and pick up one of my dogs, who had been at the vets. The receptionist at the vet's office said something about a plane hitting the WTC.. but the way she described it, I thought it was just a little private plane that had somehow gone of course and hit one of the towers.

So, anyway, I come back from bird hunting , and turn on the radio just in time to hear the announcer say something like: "The second tower has fallen. As of now, the World Trade Center no longer exists."
And I was like WTF!!!!!!!???????

Well, I stayed glued to the radio (didn't have T.V. at the time) for pretty much the rest of the day.
