i placed this post under history coz it's been going on since so long when detroit was a clean and impowering city in the nation. founded in detroit it's called the
National Exchange Club

all over the country now and in mexico it's a "better brothes and siters ' progam at reachign out and helping youths from abuse and neglect.
also while at the site read the amazing "neocon approved" americanization section which reaches out to mulitcultural kids to get involved and at least experience the american coulture.
