I only ignored your "facts" (the "10 trillion dollars") because they (it) remains unsubstantiated, and it is irrelevant. Quote: |
And as far as pulling the numbers out of "MY ASS", it is easily demonstrated by your "lack" of presenting any challenge to the "Charts" presented with "Actual" economic indicators of the "true" expenditure of dealing with the "WAR ON POVERTY" as any reason for the vast over taxation of both Corporate American and "Blue Collar" America....that "you" indeed have NOTHING but OPINION to base your verbosity on.
| Actually I have presented facts (if I remember correctly; literacy rates, infant mortality rates, life expectancy of the US in comparison to that of Cuba, the defense budget, and the costs of the wars) to supplement my 'opinions', and if you wish to see objective sources for them then I'd be very happy to supply them for you (and indientally you have not addressed any of these facts).
I can't "present any challange to the "Charts" presented" because you haven't presented any "charts". It is you, my friend, who has entirely built your argument on unsubstantiated opinion beyond your mere deference of opinion to a conservative think tank. Quote: |
And speaking of "irrelevant", the industry of slavery was abolished by the "constitutional" methodology of a changing society....a CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT, ratified by .75% of the then states of the union and not by the opinion of some political ideology only, as the ideology of "socialism" wishes to change society by ignoring constitutional mandated methodologies. The ENTIRE IDEOLOGY of Social Democracy is a presentation of ignoring the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Funny indeed.
| For one, how is socialism unconstitutional beyond your own interpretations? Secondly, I must have missed the memo at my last 'international leftist conspiracy' meeting that dictated that all socialists should ignore the constitution. I will take this up with my shadowy secret government overlords if you want me too. Quote:
I enjoy watching the pompous "stutter" when they are challenged by "facts". You declare the numbers presented by the HERITAGE FOUNDATION as "worthless"....yet you have no ACTUAL proof of rebuking their very well "researched" and validated presentation of facts, as each and every source was referenced as "factual".....
What? Is everyone to believe that their presentation of using the numerical order of counting from 1 thru 10 is NOT VALID simply because they are a "conservative" foundation? Its a simple concept...PROVE THEM WRONG, or as I suspect.....NOT! Or is it "beneath" your dignity to have your 'opinion' challenged by something so trivial as "factual information"? (R)
| I didn't even bother looking over their article.
I asked for an objective source to substantiate the claim that "10 trillion dollars was wasted on the war on poverty" as well as the claim that the most wasteful of government expenditures was domestic social programs. Such a claim, if it is indeed factual, doesn't need the interpretation of a conservative think tank and can be easily confirmed by objective sources.
The only thing consistent in practically all of your posts in this forum is your irrelevancy. And when someone has the audacity to (God forbid) ignore your red herrings, you fly baseless accusations at your opponent. Money being wasted in the US on domestic programs is only indicative of wasteful domestic programs; not the failures of socialism. I don't claim capitalism can abolish poverty; John Edwards does.
